Having a background in marketing and digital art when combining unique ideas with new marketing techniques, Jam is the textbook definition of an excellent leader to his junior designers. With an easy-to-work-with personality and positive attitude, he easily identifies and understands the different flavors each member brings to the team and how to push their ideas to the forefront.
